Black Belt Research, Inc. (BBR) was established in 2005 for the purpose of promoting research on the therapeutic, wellness, and psycho/social benefits derived from participation in traditional martial arts. As part of the mission of promoting new research, BBR seeks to disseminate research findings and to provide a forum for translating research outcomes to practical applications for martial arts educators.
